Please allow 1-4 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Allow up to 3-7 business days (not including holidays) to receive your order after your payment is cleared and processed. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number after 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us

We ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If you are not home to sign for your package, please ensure that someone else is. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If an order is returned to us, you MUST pay for the order to be reshipped.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extensions purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately.
